Motorhome registration
A motorhome is a powered vehicle, so its registration questions differ from those for a towable travel trailer. Choose Motorhome after the combined RV and Travel Trailer tile to reach the appropriate quote.

Start with the correct RV branch
Select the powered motorhome branch even if you normally use the vehicle only for camping. A travel trailer uses a separate length-based path. Choosing the wrong branch can leave the quote out of step with the title and vehicle details supplied later.
Verify model year and age
The quote asks for the motorhome age category and checks it against the checkout model year. Eligible motorhomes eleven or more years old may select the permanent-registration upgrade. That upgrade is optional and does not include ongoing LLC maintenance.
Original MSRP and financing
The high-MSRP question concerns the motorhome’s original new MSRP, not its present value. The applicable age limit is explained in the quote. If a lender is involved, confirm whether it permits ownership to transfer into a Montana LLC before selecting that answer.
Plan the paperwork and delivery
Follow the motorhome order checklist for the title or manufacturer’s ownership documents, notarized forms and any lender authorization. Keep copies of originals and use the shipping instructions for the actual order. Plate, registration and title delivery can occur separately.
Frequently asked questions
Should I choose Travel Trailer for a motorhome?
No. Select Motorhome for the powered vehicle. The travel-trailer branch is for towable units and uses different questions.
Does an older motorhome automatically get permanent registration?
No. The quote offers an upgrade where eligible. Review the choice and itemized fee before adding the quote to your cart.
