Do I need an existing Montana LLC?
No. New Montana LLC formation is included with your registration service. Ongoing LLC maintenance through 24HourTags is $49/year per LLC. Already have one? Select that option in the qualifier and we’ll guide you from there.
What if I’m missing the title?
Choose the missing-documents option in the qualifier. We’ll explain the VIN inspection and documentation path before you order. Eligibility depends on your vehicle and circumstances.
Can you help with a financed vehicle?
Yes. The Montana path requires lender authorization to transfer the vehicle into an LLC. If the lender won’t authorize it, the qualifier guides you to our South Dakota option.
How fast can I get a temporary tag?
Eligible temporary tags are processed the same or next day after we receive the required notarized POA. The optional initial temporary tag is valid for 40 days.
Can I register more than one vehicle?
Yes. Add vehicles to the same order to save $100 on each additional vehicle. One Montana LLC can hold multiple vehicles.
