Confirm the registration path
For Montana, confirm an existing Montana LLC or have a new LLC formed where included. Financed vehicles whose lender does not permit an LLC transfer may require a separate South Dakota process.
Complete your paperwork
Follow your order-specific checklist. Sign the Power of Attorney only in the presence of your notary. Montana orders may require a bill of sale and original ownership documents.
We coordinate processing
After required documents are received and reviewed, we prepare the registration packet and coordinate submission with our filing provider. Incomplete or special-case orders may need additional steps.
Receive your registration
Available registration documents and plates are sent after processing. Titles may arrive separately. Timing depends on complete documents, agency processing, lender response and shipping.

Motorhomes add $100 to the RV base price. Age, size, financing, documents and selected options can affect the total. Extensions require an eligible existing tag; temporary tags are not available for South Dakota registrations.

Frequently asked questions
Will I need to send my original title?
Many Montana registration orders require the original title or MCO/COO. We'll provide an order-specific checklist. Keep copies and use tracked shipping when originals are requested.
What if I don't have a title?
Some missing-title situations can be reviewed with a VIN inspection (MV20) and additional ownership evidence. Eligibility depends on the vehicle and documentation; acceptance isn't guaranteed.
What if my vehicle is financed?
We may need your lender's written approval before transferring the vehicle into a Montana LLC. If that transfer isn't permitted, a separate South Dakota registration path may be available after review.
When do I receive a temporary tag?
A temporary tag is offered only for qualifying Montana orders and services. Eligibility and timing depend on the documentation received and approval for issuance; it isn't included with South Dakota registration.
How long will registration take?
Timing depends on when complete paperwork is received, any lender response, agency processing, and shipping. We can explain the expected steps for your specific order, but cannot guarantee government processing time.
What happens after I pay?

Can I get a refund?
Orders are nonrefundable unless the purchased service is denied or a refund is required by applicable law. You must provide all requested forms and documents. An incomplete order or a request for more paperwork is not a service denial.
